Decontamination

KJW's Radiate adds proper functionality to the Contact DLC decontamination showers. When the player or an object is irradiated, they will be able to enter either form of decontamination shower and be decontaminated. A geiger counter must be used to distinguish whether the player or object has been completely decontaminated yet.
